Yuga is run by one person, so every message is read by the developer. Writing in English is quickest; you may also write in any language in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, or in any language Yuga is offered in, and I will reply in it where I can.
2.What you can write about
- help with the app or your account;
- a request about your personal data: a summary, correction, erasure, nomination, or withdrawing consent;
- a complaint about how your personal data is handled;
- a complaint about something a figure said, or about a clip or card passed off as real (in the app, Report this reply is quickest);
- content you believe is unlawful, including AI-generated audio or images that misrepresent a real person;
- copyright, likeness or an estate’s concerns (see also Copyright and Likeness);
- a security weakness;
- an appeal against a decision about your account.
3.How to make a complaint
Email support@foundationalcreations.com with “Grievance” in the subject, and include:
- your name and how to reach you (anonymous reports are accepted, but I can’t reply to them);
- what happened, when, and which figure or part of Yuga it concerns;
- the words in question, ideally a screenshot (conversations aren’t stored, so I can’t look one up), or a link if it is outside Yuga;
- what you would like me to do; and
- if it is about your account, send it from the account’s email address.
Put “Urgent” in the subject for: images or audio showing someone in a sexual or intimate way without consent, anything sexualising a child, or a threat to someone’s safety. If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India) first.
4.How quickly you will hear back
| Kind of complaint | Acknowledged | Resolved |
|---|---|---|
| Any grievance | Within 24 hours | Within 7 days |
| Asking for removal of content that is unlawful or prohibited (for example obscene, harassing, hateful, impersonating, or misleading AI content) | Within 24 hours | Within 36 hours |
| Content showing a person’s private area, nudity, or a sexual act, including AI-made or altered images, without consent | At once | Within 2 hours |
| A request about your personal data | Within 24 hours | Within 30 days (one month in the EU and UK) |
| An appeal against an account decision | Within 24 hours | Within 14 days |
These follow the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 as amended in 2026, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025 (which allow up to 90 days; I aim for far less). They apply to everyone, wherever you live. If I can’t meet a time, I will tell you why and when you will have an answer.
5.If you are not satisfied
- India, about content or the service: you may appeal the Grievance Officer’s decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days, at gac.gov.in.
- India, about personal data: after using this grievance process, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
- India, as a consumer: the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the e-Daakhil consumer commission portal.
- EU, EEA and UK: your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).
- Elsewhere: your data protection or consumer authority, or a court where the law allows.
6.Legal notices and orders
Legal notices, court orders and requests from authorities can be sent to Hriday Vanka at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, India, with a copy to support@foundationalcreations.com. Orders from Indian authorities under the Information Technology Act 2000 are acted on within the times the law sets.
